Call came in several times with the tag "unavailable;" upon callback, it goes immediately to a generic voicemail message that gives no individual or company name.
they called me this week (aug 2007) under the pretense of conducting a research survey. i did not want to disclose personal medical information she was asking me for, so i refused to answer. the "interviewer" got angry and told me that she cannot cunduct a quality survey without proper information, and again i said i'm not comfortable answering. she moved on to other questions then returned to asking personal information. i finally had to hang up becasuse she kept asking personal and specific information. i think they are trying to steal people's medical information to file false claims.
