Who called from 2025514422

I have received several calls today from this number.  The first I answered and was told I qualified for a "Free Federal Grant for $7000" from a woman with a heavy Indian accent.  I immediately declined the call but they keep calling.  I've googled the number but nothing comes up.

These people are scammers who dont stop calling something should be done about this
