Who called from 2025521310

received call today but no message left on answering machine

Receive calls from this number twice daily at the same time for about 3 days now.  Once the line is answered they hang up immediately

This individual from Donor Care Center, 202-552-1310, has called my home on two occasions within the last two days and has not left a message.  What an idiot!  I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call List.  Hopefully, these calls will cease immediately.
