Been getting calls from this number for past two weeks, almost daily. Same as others, no one on the line when I answer, and no message left for me when i do not answer.
Keep getting these calls and just as others - no one says anything - I can't hear any noise on the line. Then all of a sudden it's that really fast busy signal. The web says it's a cell in D.C. Wish they'd lose my digits.
Just called 202-552-8751. They answer Students for Reform at Capitol Hill and say that they are an income based program to help you pay or eliminate you student loan debt. When the guy came on the line and asked me how he could help me - I told him I would like him to remove name from their calling list. He asked if I had any student loans and when I said no he hung up. Don't know if it did any good - only time will tell.
