It a robocall from Republican Congressman Clark whinning cause he can't get his way. Best he go out to pasture and stop harassing people with his robocalls. Our great political system is overdue for a major overhaul.
My cell phone received a robocall from Southern Calif. Republican Congressman 7:30pm 10Dec2009. I hung up after 10 seconds. I agree that politicians and political organizations should be held to the same FCC standards; i.e. subject to fines for calls to registered Do Not Call numbers....
