Left a voicemail saying there was a lawsuit against me from the IRS and wanted me to call them back. I didn't answer or call back

Claims to be IRS,charges filed. Was hung up on,called back and firmly told them to send a certified letter that IRS has my info! Indian fella,told him I'm reporting his scam
