I blocked this number from calling me a few months back. It shows up in call logs. Machines do not care. I'm replying to your comment because it's now Jan 2016 and the robo-caller just mindlessly keeps running the program. This is nothing short of harassment and more than an annoyance. Time for us to petition our reps and address the issue.
I've been getting calls from this number and from 202-650-6149 and 202-770-2406 every day. My caller ID says they are all ALA. Guessing that it means American Lung Association I phoned them at their national office in Chicago (1-800-548-8252) to check. I asked if they had a call center in Washington DC since that is where the 202 area code is located. She said yes. Then I gave her the three numbers that have been calling me and she confirmed that all were American Lung Association numbers. I told her that I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the name or number and I never donate to charities who harass me by making daily phone calls. She apologized and said my number would be removed from their call list. We'll see if that really happens.
