might be a scam. said it was a grant from US government bank. asked for a $269. 00 processing fee. that is what set my alarm off.

A giveaway was that the guy ("John White") left a message saying he's from the "IRS Department." There's no such thing as an IRS Department. Said I have an arrest warrant. Time to get out of Dodge, I guess.
