Caller-ID said Washington DC.
Voice message was a digital voice saying it was Officer John something with the IRS and to call him back.
Could tell the message was a computer.
Had several calls from another Washington DC number also but no messages. That number was 202-759-9926 which others already reported as a variety of scams.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
these are scam artists claiming they are calling from the IRS. When I told them I would be recording then they starting cursing at me saying "fu-- you over and over and over again. Scammers!!!
