Got a call no voice mail has called 2 time in one week called back number is  disconnected

Received a call twice from this number about 4 hours apart, doesn't say anything.

I received 2 calls back to back from this number 202-568-5743, no voice mail left

I got a call from this number 3 times, but the same happened to me it states the subscriber is not in the service.

Received numerous phone calls finally answered it was a call center guy with a strong accent saying I was owed 9,000$ from the government
