There is NO grant so the number has no meaning.

Called my wife's cell phone looking for my 12 year old son, although I don't think he knew my son is 12.   Said my son owed him $9,000.

scary call from Washington DC, no one answered. This iss an obvious scam, but now they know my number is a live. number. Scary

Called today wanting to give me a grant of 9,000. I let her go thru her spill and told her I was not interested and she told me "f*** you" and I returned the favor! Lmfao!!

I just got the same call. Surprised me.who cussed at someone on their job.
