Who called from 2025739671

The person calling from this number obviously is not from the federal government of the United States I find out that it's from the District of Columbia trying to claim that I won $9,200 when I called the number back all you get is a recording to leave a message and they will return your call. Obviously this is a Scam!

Received mutable calls from a restricted number, second call from 000-000-0000. It's funny the same $9,200 grant money was offered.
