a Man called claiming to be with the justice dept.  then said that I won 2nd place in a lottery,,,,now why would the U.S. Gov. call me about that,  scam

Man called asking for a person who does not exist.  I told him no one by that name lived here and he was belligerant and insisted he knew she did and this was confidential.  If I didn't put her on the phone he'd be here in five minutes and break my door down.  I told him to come on.  He said he'd be here in five.  I told him he'd be in jail in ten.
