I received call today from "Gabriel Evans" from "The Justice Department". He notified me that I had won a significant amount of money ("award") & to call 585-471-2895 immediately, give them my claim #25501500, and to call him back if the amount was over $50,000. I googled to find out that the number was a VoIP (voice over internet), and the name, Gabriel Evans, was involved in several scams. I called the Office of Attorney General in NJ who said that there was really nothing that could be done about it, that even though it looks like a Washington, DC number it was probably a foreign operation. While on the phone with the AG office, I got another call from 202-629-0963 - Washington DC. Gabriel Evans actually left a voice mail for me to call him asap. What a waste of time!

I received the same call numerous times from Gabriel Evans at various 202 numbers. I even had the same claim number. How do people call on a disconnected number? T ERA They
