I just received a call from this number on my cell, at 09:07. Coming from Washington, as early as legally allowed, I suspect something having to do with the upcoming election. I didn't answer and, of course, they didn't leave a message. Blocked.

This is from the Department of Energy general phone number. I'm wondering is someone is running a scam from the office. I got this call as well, did not leave a message. I work for the department of energy and none of my DC coworkers called me. Very weird - hacked number???
