Yes, just got the call!  Funny how we all are eligible for $2173 exactly!!  Scam for sure.

This is scary . They called me say the same thing . He has all my information . I told him straight forward that I couldn't understand his English and also said I will call the IRS directly and that I felt that this is a scam for 180 penalty.

I got the same automated message about a refund....it is funny because I just filed using TaxAct.com and I selected to have messages sent to my cell phone to update me on the process of my refund and not even 5 minutes later I got the call....
