My wife is getting tons of calls from this unknown caller...anyone familiar with 202-599-8520?

I recieved a call from a similar number 202-599-8502, the last digits are transposed to your inquiry. I called the number back and it's cold callers from Rick Santorum's campaign office seeking votes in support of his candidacy.
