I have gotten several calls from this number over the last year. They are claiming to represent a grant from the US government in Washington DC. The first few callers sounded foreign either latin or middle east. It was the same woman. Only one was distinctively latin.
It just got a call from this number and they didn't leave a voice message and they called at 11:30 this morning. I'm sure they will keep calling. Luckily I can block them from my iPhone. Great little app that came with the phone.

Let me clarify my first comment , the lady on the phone KNEW my full name to ask for but again she didn't respond to who she was.

Lady asked my full name to my hello. I asked who is this and she wouldn't say a word or announce her name or affiliations. She just sat there for bout 15 secs then hung up. I called back the number asks to punch in your code to your voice mail box nothing else. My number is a Google voice number that was called. Hope it isn't compromised in some way.
