Got a voicemail from this ghetto chick by the name of "Ginger Herrera" who is with the "fraud investigation unit" that there is a "major" complaint being filed against me. Yet doesn't leave a proper company name, etc.
WHATEVER! Another debit collector company who just got the debt handed over to them from the failed company before them and now it's their turn to try and make commission off us.
woman named katherine..claimed something about fraud....called me at work...but when i called back just answered the phone..........hello this is katherine.......no name o f bustiness or anything
I received, or my husband was the one they wanted to talk to, a call from this loser. Made it sound like a real "investigator". Said my husband would be arrested by the state of Texas if this debt is not cleared up. Said he signed a contract on a payday loan. I told him I had already heard about his "scam", laughed at him & said "good luck with this".
Ya I just received the same call and it's total b.s. I called them on it. Besides not being smart enough to read words properly they were very unprofessional. I guess I have two felony charges pending this investigation iif I don't settle some old payday loan debt lol are you serious. How they got my number is brilliant however.
