Received the same text. Called the number in the text and the guy said he was an officer Daniel Martin but would not repeat his name or badge number. When I asked to talk to his supervisor he said he was the supervisor. I said I didn't believe him and he said I could hang up. I asked to speak to who he reports to and he hung up on me.
I got a text and call today from them. It seemed entirely bogus. The call was generated from a computer voice that gave the warning, and then I got a text a few hours later.
Got this text message today, Feb 25 2017. Obvious fraud. Don't respond to these creeps:
