I received the same call from the same number on my answering service today but I think the guy said he was Stan Loftin although a bit hard to catch. He said I am receiving a valuable package but has not received my return call yet. I suspected a scam and so I found your message.
This was a fraudalent call from someone (Mr. Rocine) claiming to be from the S.E.C. and that he had a package of over $100,000.00 for me. I returned the call and told him that I would be filing a fraudulent charge with the S.E.C. and he then told me that I would be investigated! Hah!
I did call the S.E.C. in Washington, D.C., who informed me that that number was not registered with them and I then called the F.B.I. and filed a claim with them.

He sound good until he mention Western Union. I checked the Winners List of PCH and my name is not listed and google this number 202-609-7397 to comfirm my doubts about him. He called back to see if I had come up with money and I said no and he got mad at me! Stating I was wasting his time and hung up.
