Would like for the calls to stop; they are very annoying and call after 8:00 pm.

They call every day - not a problem - we have had the 202 area code blocked for over 2 years.  
Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.
Buy a call blocking phone or a blocking device that can block entire area codes - we have both.
These devices are inexpensive and they work!

continually call.  Don't leave a message.
