Hi Elizabeth,
I just received a call from that number but did not answer since I know no one in DC. Does anyone have an idea of whose phone number is it?

This number left a message stating that "your name" (which was not specified) has been named in a federal lawsuit against me and that I should call the number asap to clear up the situation. And the final comment was "Have a nice day."

Message left states they are calling from the irs fraud dept. I have been reported for fraud
