Got same call as everyone else here, asking for someone who I don't even know and saying the same things about fraud and legal and attorneys.  All the while, you can hear the other callers in the background giving the same narrative to whomever they called.  Indian accent, definitely in a call center, and nicely ended the call with "Have a Blessed Day."  How considerate (sarcasm.)  Hate these telemarketers/scammers.

Thank you very much for these post.  We have received 4 calls just today from a gentlemen referring to himself as Roy Miller.  Similar to the above statements, he had  strong Indian accent, identifying himself with the US Treasury Dept, and he referred to a significant law suit requiring immediate Legal Action.  We have not return these calls, but will be proving this information to CFPB.

This company contacted me and said that I conact them. They claimed to be the US Treauary for the IRS. I knew it was a scam. After I called back a few times and got the same person. The number was 202 6210396

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Report a irs phone scam just like the ones above there was a fast talking person accent language saying I owe money he had a lot of personal information about me and the past so beware
