So, you were so enthused about that "legit" number, that you decided to post it on a site primarily concerned with phone COMPLAINTS?
If that is a "real" number, and a "real" person,
* what is their "real" name?
* What is their office address?
* Why do you say they are "THE" federal attorney, as if there was only one?
Conclusion:
Proactive spam, about a fake 202 phone number, possibly setting something up for a "you owe the IRS money" scam.
"they are the federal attorney" They are? Holy Vishnu, instead of scamming, why don't you improve your English language skills? Personally I like Salman Rushdie. Do you?
AHA!
I thought so ... the IRS scammer strikes, even while I was typing a response.
There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.
USA tax payers should read this:
http://www.irs.gov/uac/Tax-Scams-Consumer-Alerts
Note particularly the links at that site, warning of the scam!
