Left a recorded message on my company phone that I only got part of. They insinuated they were part of The Department of The Treasury and something about avoiding a grand jury for some reason or another and it was their second attempt to make contact. It was the first time I ever received a phone call like that one. I call searched and the phone number at one time belonged to a company called Aardvark Locksmith out of Washington DC. It probably doesn't belong to them anymore. I can't find a listing in DC for that company. So perhaps it went out of business. I'm guessing it's a creative bill collector or scam artist.

Company claiming to be us treasury and to return phone call to this number. Or risk grand jury charges. I think it's a big scam. Because I searched this number and it is a call phone
Rec'd a call indicating something about appearing before a grand jury, had called previously and have not, all the same info as calls others have received. Never an answer on the number left...just a busy signal. Obviously must be some sort of a scam...it appears all the calls were made within a several day period. A very bothersome call.
