I've received three calls (all unanswered) from this number in the last 24 hours. Whoever the hell they are, they are persistent. Now that I've read what people here are saying about it, I'm going to block the number since I don't feel like ever seeing it again.
Left a message stating that they were calling with a public service survey. Also said they they maybe calling back again. It was a recorded message. Not sure how they had authorization to call my number as it is registered on the "Do Not Call" Registry.

Washington DC At 1040 am Wed 13 2011 Phone Co Bandwidth.com Clec LLC-DC this call was near the national Christmas tree When i call back voice mail was full.I know this is bogus because i have received several from this 202-630. This is happening so close to the President Why cant the FEDS do something about this??? This a cell phone
at first it was once a day with a recording saying they would try again. Now I received 2 already today and it's only 2:20pm. Stupid [***] should be arrested and thrown in jail for harrassment.
