Who called from 2026381547

Been called approximately 20 times by this number on my cell at work today. Finally got suspicious, and looked it up. Answered once, and it was dead silence on the other end.

Called several times. I've answered twice both times they hung up. I could hear somebody on the line the 2nd time.

Have been getting phone calls for over a week now when I answer you can hear someone for a sec then they hang up
