company called could not understand the name due to his thick accent he said I owed 1500.00 to the company he worked for
I told him I would check with the better business bureau and call him back he Yelled are you calling me a liar I told him I know that he is trying to scam me he yelled S*** My D*** and then hung up I tried to call him back but I think he rejected my number LOL I added his number to my Reject list on my phone this is one of Many Calls I have gotten like this lately.
Received call from this number. Stating he was Attroney Martin Kelly on the. 10th he. Was with American Law Offices then on the. 14th he was from Attroney. General. Crime division. He said I had 14 fraud.,charges against me and the sheriff.department will. Be at my home to arrest me. Told. Him. Ok and hung up the phone
The same happened to me. I just kept saying okay and he told me I'll find out who he is tomorrow morning when the sheriffs come handcuff me and take me to jail. I laughed and he told me it's his job to get people like me behind bars. I told him he was a liar and he got mad and told me to stop wasting his time and hung up.
Caller named Martin Kelly from American Law Office, a law office from Washington D.C. Threatened that the Sheriff's department would be at my door in the morning to arrest me. I did not call them back and I have blocked the number on my phone. These people are not allowed to make threats and we've already filed a police report and a report with the credit bureau due to bank fraud on our personal checking account. Do not answer and/or do not give your personal information to these people...it is a total scam and, as I said earlier, they are not allowed to make threats..it's illegal.
