I got a phone call saying that I have committed fraud by an foreign guy saying he was a officer of the government and I couldn't understand him at all I didn't understand how I did if any has gotten a phone call like this is this a scam

Foreign accent keeps calling me on an unknown number. After I tell him not to call me that he is NOT from the US Government, I hang up on him and then he calls back on a Washington DC number!
Same person! This has been going on for sometime now. It's a scam but they are insistent and bothersome. Something needs to be done with these people. There are some people that will actually believe this!!

The exact same thing is happening to me. They called me like 6 times in a row when I didn't answer.
