These people have been calling me up to 8 times a day...most times they hang up.  Please have them stop.

There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated.   Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.  You might want to block the entire 202 area code; it is often used by scammers from India and Pakistan.

Keep calling over and over. Leaving robot messages.

I got a call from this number as well he called me and said he was part of the federal grant, he said my name and I said please take me off the calling list, then he said I have one more question "will you [***]" I said I am going to report you and he said "will you suck it"

I asked to be taken off of their calling list after receiving several calls in one day.  The response was, "F-you, F-you, F-you..."
