IRS calling saying they are going to file a law suit.

Same thing. Not sure if I should be scared or not.

It's a scam.  Don't worry about it.  Just ignore anything that comes from 202 area code.

The IRS do not leave threatening messages via the telephone to its constituents for it is unlawful and none binding... Please wear your adult hats during this Tax Season!!! Don't allow an African Booty Scratcher to out smart you!!! Be a true American already!!!
