I also received a call from this number stating the same thing. True, the IRS does not leave recordings like that.

Says they are the IRS and filing lawsuit. When I called back they have hung up 3 times and will not say who they are! Scam

threatened to call 12( police)! Dude hung up in my face ITs a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!
