It was a recorded call saying the IRS had filed a law suite against me and to call a 202 number, didn't have a pen to write the number down, but call came from 202-657-6623. I suspect a scam, as I have no issues with the IRS. All taxes have been filed and nothing out standing.

Calls leaving message that the IRS is preparing a law suit against you. Has to be a scam. Anything I have ever received from the IRS comes by USPS, and I have no unpaid taxes.
I also got a message today from this number, stating the IRS is preparing a lawsuit against me. Tried to call the number back and it just rang several times then disconnected. Definitely a scam.
