received a phone call from this number stating I had qualify for a non repay grant for $9000. Called the this number and the person who answered seemed like all they wanted was my personal information and spoke with a heavy accent. This sure sounded like a scam. After hanging up I tried to call back and it was always busy, until I blocked my number and then someone answered saying it was their cell number.
