Received a call today.  Stated they were from Trump administration and needed my support to get Executive Order passed by donating $100.00 or $200.00 and they'd send me a bumper sticker.  Really???  I asked about it being a scam, and she hung up!!!

Caller ID says "Washington  DC".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  Every time I call all I get is the busy signal.

So spoofed caller ID and the inability to be called back.  Smells like a SCAM.
