I got a call today from this number. When I answered it was immediately disconnected. They called back several hours later and when I answered they began telling me that I was chosen as a recipient of the "loyalty financial assistance program" and that the government was going to pay me several thousand dollars. I would have considered it potentially legit if the money had a purpose but he told me it didn't have to go to home, education, or any other sort of loans. The money was to be used at my discretion. He asked where I wanted the money transferred and I said I'd like a check sent to my home. He told me that wasn't possible so I asked him if I could set up an account for the money to be transferred into and give him a call back and he said he'd be happy to call me at any time but that I couldn't call him back.
