I just got a call from this number. The guy had an indian accent. Said he was from the State Department. Wanted to know if he was talking to 'my name'. I asked what he wanted and he hung up or we were disconnected. Then he called rightback and said about 10 times, I want to speak to f---ing b-tch stoffer, f---ing [***] stoffer. just kept saying that until I hung up.

When I told him that I wouldn't give him my personal information but that he could mail a check to the address the government had on file for me HE hung up!
I think this is the same person who has been calling me for more than a week and a half from different phone numbers. A man with a thick Indian accent who tells me he is calling regarding the grant I requested. I never requested a grant. Or about the medical reimbursement I am owed for a surgery I have never had. I have stopped answering calls because the man is creepy. he makes sexual noises when I ask him to please stop calling.
