Call and make a complaint (FTC) (877) 382-4357. tell them about the cause you've been receiving and give them the telephone number that's been calling you. also you can put your number on the Do Not Call list which is (888) 382-1222. they call me everyday and I promised those people I would have them shut down let's make this happen.

I too got the same call as aholla... They said it would take 25 minutes to send to my account... I told them, " I am not going to give you any damn info on any of my accounts." Plus he wasn't even an American... wtf!
There is NO grant or loan - only a scam to separate you from your money!!! It is illegal in the USA to demand payment before a loan, grant or prize is given.
This number has been calling early in the morning, many times daily as more than a month. I do not answer unknown numbers. It's annoying to receive this kind of calls.
