I received several missed phone call from this number in the past few months. Today I happened to answer this call at 12:41pm. The person who called had a accent. He said he was with an United States program.
He said that since I paid my bills, taxes and had no criminal record I was in titled to a one time grant of $9,000 dollars. I told him that this sounded like a scam. and the call ended.

I too have been receiving calls from this number with them saying the exact same thing. They said in order for me to receive this money they need my bank acct # or a debit/credit info. hmmm... lol. and they keep saying it isn't a scam.
I just got the same call and I gave them my bank acct info, and then called the Finance Manager, named Linda. She told me if I pay a security deposit of $280 I would then receive $9,000 and they would reimburse me the $280 as well. I didn't have the $280 today so she told me to call her back when I do and she will release the 9 G's to my bank account. Hopefully I didn't just give my account # to scammers, eeeeek!!
Received a call from a scammer claiming to be with the Treasury Dept. from this number. I advised them to come out to my residence in-person so that I could take a baseball bat to their useless, scamming head. They hung up.
