Fake IRS call to collect money in this scam

Fake calls from this number wanting my personal info

Calls at lease 3 times a day don't say anything just listens for me to say  hello then hangs up i have to answer cause I'm a very ill person.

Claims to be US department of treasury. Fake "grant" money. Wants debit/reloadable card/bank account info to transfer your "$8000" into.

Called and asked for bank info for grant and wouldn't give additional information when requested
