got a call from this number they wont answer when you call it back it says all circuits are busy

It is a scam.  Caller asks for a "Person".  Then your phone will blow up with calls.  You confront, they hang up.  Calls continue.  Callers are Asian.  They will continue to call.  Now they are leaving lured voicemails.  Turning my phone over to prosecutors office. Block, never answer
