I got 5 calls yesterday from 202-302-1015 yesterday, the first one a woman said federal something?? Could not understand her. Told her to take me off her list and she said no and hung up. They called back 4 more times and no noise. Tried to call back and just gave # and said their machine was full. Now i just got a call from 202-670-9473 with same dead sound but both say district of columbia.

Just another unwanted nuisance call. We finally had caller ID added to our home phone, so when we get an unknown number, we just don't pick up the phone.
Federal grant forgiveness program. I have no student loans. I have asked multiple times to be placed on their do not call list and also used their automated option to no avail. They keep calling. Most recently today when a man called me and i asked him to put me on the no call list as i have requested before, the man said 'if you blow me a kiss ill put you on the list".
