Do not do this!!! My daughter got involved in this, this is a scam!! $2,000 later. They keep asking you for more and more money. Started of at the $280. then $$300, them $580 and the last was $890.00. They kept making excuses why not to prccess the grant. The last was that she forgot to put her middle intial on the wire so they needed $580 more. We then looked the number up on the internet and saw all this, how stupid!! All we can do is notify the police and she has to close her bank account and open a new one because they said they would wire the money.
