I received a call twice from this number saying he's from Washington DC US Border Security Service. They said I have a package from PnG as a result of being the winner of some sweepstakes and a check for 650,000 USD. I need to send One thousand something for IRS clearing or something like that. They even said there's a form 1090 to declare to the IRS. I told them to take me off their list but still received a second call.
