This call is a pre-recorded message about health insurance. The main mystery is why they'd be calling Mississippi from the Washington DC Area... However, regardless of where they're calling from, they are wasting their time calling me. I don't buy ANYTHING from telemarketers, nor do I buy anything over the phone, even if I were to initiate the call. I do not appreciate marketing calls such as this one, even if it is legitamate, but I especially don't appreciate it if it's a scam.
