I got a phone call from 202 783 4101 that says you won 7,000 grant money and this it's a lifetime i will not get this back and my confirmation number and follow up phone number. this number 202 684 6620 that was the follow up number so I called it I said I'm not interested so stay are going to send me whatever for declining.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
