This number called me earlier, I picked up and there was nothing but silence on the other end.

Keep receiving calls from 202-684-8290, no voice mail left

No one there and number is said to be disconnected?

This- 202-684-8290 called today Oct.16, 2012 I said hello they didn't answer..I said hello again they didn't answer....a few seconds later they hung up. I called the number right back and it said the number was disconnected or no longer in service.

Sick of getting several calls a day from this number.  No voicemails left.
