Just received a missed call with no message from this number. Like the above poster, I have received calls from a similar number (202-687-0431) over the past several days. I finally called back tonight and let it ring for several minutes - no one picked up.
Received a call from this number multiple times on my cell phone. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. Appears they have multiple landlines, as I have received many calls lieks this from the 202 area code with the 687 prefix.
