Hello. Craiglist 700.00 utilities included. This is a scam. Trust me, I checked with JEA. A business owns this property. ERA is the Real Estate Agency. The property is being rented for 1,025.00 Tracy is the realtor. The renter pays all the utilities. I know sounds wonderful no utilities?
